The Association of Computer Engineers in association with CSI Students Chapter, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi, conducted a Guest lecture on “Role of Red Hat on spreading Open-Source Knowledge” by Mr.J.S.Sugumar, on 08.03.2021 from 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Sir Visveshvaraya Hall, AAACET for the students of CSE. Ms.M.Sai Janani of II Year CSE welcomed the gathering and Ms.R. Monisha of II Year CSE gave an introduction about the resource person. The resource person shared various ideas and concepts of Open source. He shared the history of Red Hat Linux. It served as the eye-opening session for the students. He explained about the job opportunities available for the certification courses like RHCSA and RHCE. Finally, he cleared the queries of our students and got Feedback from the students about their ideas. Ms.P. Deepika of II Year CSE delivered the vote of thanks.  Finally, the programme was ended with vote of thanks.
