VALIANT’21 – ECE SYMPOSIUM

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Association Electronics Engineers Jointly organizes a National Level Technical Symposium “VALIANT_2K21” on 25th October 2021.

RULES AND DESCRIPTION

TECHNICAL EVENTS:

QUIZONICS ( an event for ignited minds) :

  • Team size – 2 members.
  • There will be 2 rounds in this Event.
  • Only Technical questions will be asked.
  • Mechanical (70%), Basic science (15%) & General awareness (15%).

PAPER PRESENTATION (15-20 slides in ppt) :

  • Your work should be original and in the specified format.
  • Interested candidates are advised to mail the complete paper in IEEE format and presentation in .PPT or .PPTX format.
  • Duration will be 8 min for presentation and 2 min for questioning and queries.
  • Violating the time limit may reduce the marks.

Paper 

  • The competition is open to Electronics and communication engineering Domain.
  • Students are requested to send their papers on valiant_ece@aaacet.ac.in.
  • The participants of shortlisted candidates will be informed by E-Mail ID or by Mobile.
  • The selected teams have to bring a soft copy of paper in USB Device
  • Decision of the judges and the event heads shall be treated as final and binding on all and cannot be contested.

PPT

  • Titles should be related to Electronics domain.
  • Graphical abstract preferable, abstract 1 slide with diagram.
  • Problem identification or survey report (1 slide – compare to the existing one with picture)
  • Methods (2 slides) and techniques (3 slides)
  • Result & discussion pages (minimum 5 slides)
  • The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event.
  • The Teams will get 8 minutes to present their paper. And 2 minutes will be for questioning by judges.
  • Certificate of Excellence will be given to winners

CIRCUITRIX

  • Each team can occupy up to two participants.
  • All components will be provided by the organization and teams must use the supplied components only.
  • All necessary instructions will be provided to all the teams initially.

TECHNO JAM

  • Individual participation is allowed.
  • The speech should be of one minute time.
  • Topics will be given on the spot.

HUSTLE INTEGRANT

  • The maximum participants are 3.
  • Components will be provided on the spot.
  • A circuit will be given on the spot. The teams should identify the components by the given basis.

NON TECHNICAL EVENTS:

BREAK THE HURDLE

  • Check the physically fitness before joining this event.
  • Track suit and proper t-shirts necessary.

CONNECTION

  • Maximum of two participants allowed.
  • There are 2 rounds [preliminary and final].

FREE FIRE

  • Classic Squad only.
  • Use own network.
  • Headphones must.
  • No hack (if we identify, we will disqualify the team)

BGMI

  • Rules same as free fire.
  • IOS also allowed.

DANCE

  • Track within 3 to 4 mins.
  • Track should be in pendrive or in mobile
  • Any concept or theme is allowed.
  • Instructed to avoid vulnerable songs or lyrics.
  • Jury’s decision is final

SINGING

  • Track within 3 to 4 mins.
  • Time duration is of 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Karoke track should be in pendrive or mobile.
  • Instructed to avoid vulnerability.
