FACEAT CHAPTER
The Federation of All Civil Engineering Association of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry (FACEAT) is established with the vision of uniting all civil engineering professionals, practitioners, and associations across the regions of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. This federation strives to foster collaboration, promote innovation, and elevate the standards of civil engineering in the region. By encouraging knowledge exchange, supporting the professional growth of civil engineers, and addressing the challenges faced by the community, FACEAT aims to contribute significantly to the development of sustainable infrastructure and built environments.
OBJECTIVE
- To serve as an umbrella organization that brings together all civil engineering associations across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
- To facilitate the continuous professional development of civil engineers through seminars, workshops, and technical training programs.
- To encourage the adoption of innovative technologies and industry best practices to improve the efficiency and quality of civil engineering projects.
- To represent the interests of civil engineers at the governmental level and advocate for policies that benefit the profession and contribute to sustainable development.
- To promote collaboration between educational institutions, industry, and government to align academic training with industry needs.
- To encourage practices that support environmental sustainability and resilience in infrastructure projects.
