Department of Computer Science Engineering conducted Parents – Teachers meeting for all year students on 3.9.2022 at 9.30 am @ Sir Visvesvaraya Hall, Cambridge Block. Head of the department welcomed all the parents who have gathered for the parent’s teacher meeting.  She clearly explained about the vision and mission of our institution and department & brief introduction about the establishment of college and department.  She gave detailed presentation on Infra-Structure details, faculty profile of the department and symposium, guest lectures, workshops & technical contests conducted under CSI student Chapter and dept. association. Salient features of the department, the various centers of excellence AWS Centre of Excellence, IIoT Laboratory, Red Hat Academy established by the department and various training programs, value added courses and international certifications conducted through center of excellences were explained to all parents.  She informed about the plenty of opportunities available in the software companies. She talked about the achievements, programs conducted and details of Industry Visits gone in the academic year 2021-2022 and discussed about the relevant importance to their placements. Class advisors and proctors of each batch were introduced to all parents. Parents are informed about various best practices of the department. Finally she thanked all the parents for attending the meeting. More than 100 parents attended the meeting. Parents appreciated the efforts taken by department for students. Parents gave positive feedback on the activities of the department. Finally all parents met the proctors and the program end with refreshment and tea. Buses were arranged to parents to Sivakasi & Virudhunagar.
