About Eco Nature Club
The Eco Nature Club aims to inculcate the global challenges locally and environmentally in terms of climate change, pollution and resource depletion. The Club nurtures amongst the students to have Eco tours to promote green practices such as sustainable building designs, green spaces and eco – friendly campus policies. Also it provides leadership opportunities for students to take initiative on environmental projects and raise awareness within the student body. The club scrutinizes to have a gentle rapport with other bodies like district administration, forestry and NGO’s
Objectives
- To educate the students about the environment
- To create a clean and green consciousness amongst the students through various activities
- To involve them in various activities to reach the eco and society based organizations
- To imbibe the gentle qualities such as minimum waste generation and true lovers of nature
