About College

AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi was established in the year 2013, is one among the renowned colleges for imparting technical education in the fireworks city. It is branded for its quality education, through Panjurajan Amaravathy trust, Thiruthangal, Virudhunagar District and Promoted by Vinayaga Sony fireworks group of industries. The trust also manages two schools namely, Glory Matriculation Higher Secondary School and AAA International School (CBSE) in Thiruthangal. There by providing quality education right from schooling itself.

AAA College of Engineering and Technology located in the district of Virudhunagar is the one of the youngest institutions accredited with NAAC ‘A’ grade and TUV-ISO 21001: 2018 certification in Tamilnadu. The institution is focused on carrying out research in diversified fields of engineering and was recently granted with the recognition for Ph.D. programme in Mechanical Department by the centre for research, Anna University Research centre. The faculty of AAACET has produced more than 400 papers published in high reputed journals.

ICREGD 2025 is organized under multiple sessions, each with respective publications. Authors are advised to submit their paper to only one session; submitting the same paper to multiple sessions will not be considered for review. Before submitting your paper to the conference, please carefully read our conference policy.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
When preparing your manuscript for submission to ICREGD 2025, please adhere to the following criteria:
Conference Theme: Clearly demonstrate how your work contributes to the theme of the conference. The manuscript should showcase how the research advances the field of renewable energy generation and distribution.
Maximum Number of Pages: 08 pages.
Research Novelty: Clearly state your contribution and highlight the originality of your work. One of the key evaluation factors during the review process will be the degree of novelty. Ensure that you relate your study to prior research in the field.

Submission Policies
Template Compliance: Papers that do not comply with the specified template or exceed the page limit will be rejected without revision.
Scope of Conference: Papers that fall outside the scope of the conference will be rejected without revision.
Plagiarism: Papers with a high level of plagiarism will be rejected without revision.
Presentation Requirement: All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
Author Information: Authors of accepted papers cannot be changed after acceptance.
Revision Requirement: Accepted papers must be revised based on reviewer comments before proceeding to the registration step.

ICREGD 2025 has a set of policies that all authors are required to follow. These policies are categorized as follows:

Submission Policy: Only original research papers will be considered for review. Review papers and short notes are not eligible for submission. All papers must comply with the prescribed format of the conference, and those that do not adhere to the guidelines will be rejected without entering the review process. Authors must follow the submission timeline of ICREGD 2025, and multiple submissions are strictly prohibited. Authors are invited to submit research that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Withdrawal Policy: Authors can withdraw their papers at any time under certain conditions. Withdrawal can be done easily through the CMT system during the review process. Papers may also be withdrawn after acceptance. Refunds will follow the timeline below:

Full Refund: Papers withdrawn on or before 20th November 2024 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, after applicable tax deductions.

50% Refund: Papers withdrawn between 21st November and 30th November 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.

25% Refund: Papers withdrawn between 1st December and 4th December 2024 will receive a 25% refund. No withdrawals or refunds will be accepted after these dates.

Plagiarism Policy: ICREGD 2025 enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy. After excluding references and author biographies, plagiarism checks will be conducted. Only papers with less than 20% plagiarism will proceed to review. Papers with plagiarism between 21% and 30% will be returned to authors for revisions. Papers with more than 31% plagiarism will be rejected without review.

Review Policy: Once a paper passes the plagiarism check, it will undergo a single-blind review by at least two independent reviewers. All reviews will be conducted through the CMT system. Reviewers are required to submit their reports within the specified timeline. The Technical Program Committee (TPC) will oversee the process. Reviewers will receive a certificate of honor (soft copy). To qualify as a reviewer, candidates must be research scholars or PhD holders affiliated with reputable institutions. Interested reviewers can send an email request and must have an account in the Microsoft CMT System.

Acceptance Policy: Papers will be accepted based on quality, novelty, research objectives, language, presentation, validation, results, analysis, and appropriate references. A letter of acceptance will be sent via the CMT system. Authors may be required to make minor revisions before final acceptance. Authors will be notified immediately if their paper is rejected.

Registration Policy: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for ICREGD 2025 to include the paper in the conference schedule for presentation and proceedings. The registration fee covers the conference kit, presentation, certificate, and proceedings. Registration fees vary by session. More details will be provided in the acceptance letter, along with payment instructions.

Presentation Policy: All authors of accepted papers must present their papers during a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation, conducted exclusively offline. However, under special circumstances, ICREGD 2025 may allow a limited number of papers to be presented online, subject to prior approval. Each presentation will be strictly timed to 15 minutes, with 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and feedback.

Certificate Policy: All conference participants will receive a printed participation certificate. Authors who present their papers will receive a presentation certificate. An honorary certificate (in soft copy) will be awarded to all reviewers who participate in the review process, regardless of the paper’s outcome.

Final Version Submission Policy: All authors of accepted papers must submit their final versions within 5 days after the conference, following the publication format specified for each session.

Publication Policy: High-quality papers presented at ICREGD 2025 will be submitted to the respective publication partners for potential publication. Papers must meet the minimum requirements set by the proceedings for publication eligibility. The final decision on publication will be made by the editor-in-chief or an authorized representative. The timeline for publication will depend on the respective publication process of each proceedings partner.
