Under the auspices of Science and Humanities Association, Jointly organized in association with Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) 2023-2024, a Innovators day celebration (Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha – 113th Birth Anniversary) session was organized on 30th October 2023 at 1:30 p.m Kamarajar Auditorium, AAA College of Engineering and Technology (AAACET), Amathur, Sivakasi (Virudhunagar Dist).
Dr.G.Vairamuthu, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, President, IIC welcomed the gathering. Dr. J. Dharmaraja, Professor and HOD-S&H, offered felicitation. Dr. K. Prabakaran, Assistant Professor, Department of Science and Humanities (Innovation Coordinator, IIC), AAACET delivered lecture on “Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha – Innovation’s/Discoveries)”. In continuation, Dr. M.P. Indira Devi gave the short insight about Dr. Bhabha’s life, carrier. In order to create scientific fervor, student-members were presenting the quick presentation about Dr. Bhabha precise details. All the students and faculty from the department of science and humanities, IIC Coordinators were present. Mr. Sivakumar, a first-year student in Electrical Engineering, delivered a vote of thanks.
A total of 500 students from various departments participated in the session. The event drew to a close at 3:00 p.m. with the rendition of the national anthem.
