The NSS Unit of the AAA College of Engineering and Technology celebrated National Sports Day on August 29, 2023, commemorating the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand, who is regarded as the greatest hockey player of all time. To mark the significance of this day, NSS volunteers organized several activities to inculcate a feeling of true sportsmanship among the students and enhance their physical and social skills. The students enthusiastically participated in Volleyball, Table Tennis and Chess games with great enthusiasm and zeal. The pledge was repeated by all the students to commit themselves to exercising for a fit and healthy lifestyle. This program was coordinated by NSS unit coordinator Mr. S. Balamurugan, Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and Mr. M. Veerukkannan, Physical Director.
