The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized a one-day technical symposium on ‘AmpHeroz’2k24′ on 16.10.2024. The programme was inaugurated by Dr.C. Senthil Kumar, Professor and Head / EEE welcomed all attendees and emphasized the importance of AmpHeroz’2k24 in honing students’ technical and creative skills. The highlight of the symposium was the presence of our esteemed alumnus, Mr. R. Venkatesh Praveen, currently working at TCS, Chennai, as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, Mr. R. Venkatesh Praveen advised the students to focus on improving their coding skills to enhance employability, especially in the rapidly evolving tech industry. His insights were highly appreciated by the students, who took his advice to heart. The day was packed with exciting events, beginning with the Circuit Debugging and Paper Presentation competitions in the morning session. These events provided a platform for students to showcase their technical prowess and innovative ideas. The afternoon session shifted to a more relaxed mood with non-technical events like Photography and Spotify competitions, allowing participants to unleash their creativity. The symposium concluded with a Valedictory Session, where winners and runners-up of all the events were honored with certificates and prizes. Ms. S.
