The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), organized a Seminar titled ‘Understanding Latin America, its relation with India: Business opportunities and possibilities.’ The session took place on December 04, 2023, at 03.00 p.m. Dr. G. Vairamuthu, President of IIC, presided over the event. The session commenced with a welcome address from G. Nithya, II Year CSE, who introduced the esteemed resource person.
Mr. Kundan Kanan, Managing Partner & Co-Founder, India-Latin American Countries Consortium (INLACE), served as the resource person for the session. He initiated the session by highlighting his expertise and experience in the field of entrepreneurship and Business opportunities. After that, He discussed on the key features of INLACE. He also explained the working areas and objectives of INLACE. Furthermore, He emphasized What can INLACE do for us. Then, He discussed on various LAC countries based on their economy and GDP. He also addressed the relation between India and LAC. Followed by this, valuable resources of Panama City were highlighted. Finally, He discussed how to utilize the INLACE for the starting a business in LAC region.
The session wrapped up with a dynamic question-and-answer session, where participants actively interacted with the speaker, posing insightful questions and engaging in meaningful discussions. A total of 111 students participated in the session. The event drew to a close at 04.30 p.m.
