Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) – AAACET (SPOKE INSTITUTE) & Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII) Tamilnadu – AURCT – IEDP HUB are jointly organized the Webinar on     “New Strategies and Funding Opportunities for Startups” on 08-06-2021 at 2.00 PM.

Dr.R.Pon Vengatesh, President, IIC who preside over the event.  The event started with a welcome address by Mr.S.S. Dheeban, AP / EEE, Internship Activity Coordinator – IIC and who gave a brief introduction about this session. Mr.M.Siva Baarathi.M.E, Field Coordinator, AURCT-IEDP Hub, Anna University Regional Campus Tirunelveli and Mr.R.Ramachandran.M.B.A, Ph.D, Field Coordinator, EDII-TN Hub Madurai, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai are the eminent speakers for this webinar. Mr.M.Siva Baarathi initially started his presentation with brief introduction about EDII, Tamilnadu and explained about Innovation Voucher Programme and Tamilnadu Student Innovators Programme (TNSI) initiated by EDII-TN to encourage students innovators. Mr.R.Ramachandran shared his knowledge in various funding opportunities like Bootstrap, crowed funding, Venture capitalist, Angle funding etc., he also explained about various funding models with real time examples. The event was backed-up from the participant’s end with an interactive live Question and Answers session. The event came to an end with a vote of thanks and the participants gave their feedback. Totally 45 participants from various departments were participated in this interactive session. Finally the session came to an end at 03.30 p.m.
